I've been asleep for so long, and now I am old. It's time to wake the others around me.
Truth and knowledge there is plenty, it gets supressed from the TV, to find out you have to go your own way.

There's been plenty before me, telling the same old story but they get laughed at and discredited for you to see.
People may listen, some people may glisten, but the masses turn back round, the masses turn back round to watch TV.

Community spirit is fading, oh why are we waiting? We no longer look out for each other.
We're glued to the box, watching all of the soaps, until the next edition of Big Brother.
We have to look at both sides, to decide if it's right, but the corportate media puts up a big fight.
Knowledge is the way, to save the day. But the truth has to come out, the truth has to come out eventually!
